TOGETHER Proposal Contest (“Contest") starts 12:01 am Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 17, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm PT on August 3, 2025 ("Contest Period").

ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of, and residing in, the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of NEON Rated, LLC ("Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws. By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Contest.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, to enter, on Instagram, (ii) post a video of you proposing to your significant other inside or outside of a movie theater and (iii) include the caption “TOGETHER Forever” along with the hashtag #Neon_Contest and tag @TOGETHER.Movie (“Entry”). IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION FROM YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER TO SUBMIT THE ENTRY, PLEASE DO NOT DO SO AS IT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE. SUBMISSION OF ENTRY WILL BE DEEMED AS ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ENTRANT AND SIGNIFICANT OTHER. SIGNIFICANT OTHER MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND A LEGAL U.S. CITIZEN. Any Entry that includes recognizable elements that do not directly tie to TOGETHER will be disqualified. All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on August 3, 2025.

Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) Entry per person for the entire Contest Period. Multiple Entries from any person will be void. If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Instagram terms apply. Your Instagram account must be set to “public” in order for your Entry to be eligible. You can return the applicable account to “private” any time after the winner has been announced. All Entries become the property of Sponsor.

REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES: Entry must be entrant’s own work product or entrant must have permission from the person who filmed the video to submit it into the Contest, may not have been previously published, and may not have won previous awards. Entry may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:

is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group;
appears to duplicate any other submitted Entries;
defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission, to the extent permission is necessary;
contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including quote or words of others, photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission, to the extent permission is necessary;
contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission;
contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead;
communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which we wish to associate; and/or
violates any law.

Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify your Entry for any reason, including if it determines that your Entry fails to conform to these Official Rules in any way or otherwise contains unacceptable content.

WINNER DETERMINATION: All eligible Entries received will be judged by a panel of qualified judges based on the following equally weighted judging criteria to determine the winner:

Video Quality
Creativity in how movie theme/message is incorporated into proposal; and
Emotion/Authenticity of Proposal

The entrant who submits the Entry receiving the highest score will be deemed potential winner. In the event of a tie, a tie-breaker judge will judge the tied Entries using the above stated criteria to determine the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to not award the prize if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive any eligible and qualified Entries. All decisions of the Sponsor and judges are final and binding. Sponsor will not reveal the judging scores for any Entry.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by direct message and/or a comment on their winning Entry and will be required to respond to initial notification within 72 hours. Potential winner and their fiancé will be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, a runner-up will be notified.

PRIZE: A Vegas Wedding Weekend, not to exceed $15,000, which includes round-trip coach class air transportation for the winning couple from an airport neatest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV, [2] nights’ hotel accommodations at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor (one (1) room, room rate and room tax only, double occupancy), and venue booking fee (at a venue to be determined by Sponsor). Trip and wedding must take place between September 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If the Vegas Wedding Weekend is less than $15,000, the winner will receive a check for the remaining amount. Winning couple are solely responsible for obtaining the wedding license and any other documents necessary for travel, which may include a REAL ID. ALL EXPENSES AND INCIDENTAL TRAVEL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND USE NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE PACKAGE DESCRIPTION ABOVE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, GROUND TRANSPORTATION, MEALS, INCIDENTALS, GRATUITIES, BAGGAGE FEES, PASSENGER TARIFFS OR DUTIES, AIRLINE FEES, SURCHARGES, AIRPORT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES OR FACILITY CHARGES, PERSONAL CHARGES AT LODGING, SECURITY FEES, TAXES OR OTHER EXPENSES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY SOLELY OF WINNER.

All travel arrangements will be made through Sponsor’s agent. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contest, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations, distance between departure and destination, and dates of travel.

Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winning couple understands (and will cause their guest(s) (if any) to understand) that the Vegas Wedding Weekend package experience may be filmed, photographed and otherwise recorded from start to finish by Sponsor or its designee (“Prize Footage”). All right, title and interest in the Prize Footage shall be owned by Sponsor. Winning couple further understands (and will cause their guest(s) (if any) to understand) that Sponsor, its designees, successors, assigns and licensees, shall have the right to edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works based upon, or otherwise exploit the Prize Footage and all elements embodied therein, along with winning couple’s name, biographical information, likeness, performance, voice or image, in whole or in part, together with other materials, in any manner or media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising, promotional and other purposes, without further compensation, notification or permission. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein. Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Prize Footage by third parties.

PUBLICITY GRANT AND LICENSE/USE OF ENTRIES: By submitting an Entry, each entrant and their significant other waive all moral rights in and to the Entry and grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors, designees, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the Entry and all elements of such Entry, together with any other material, and the name, user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likenesses of entrant and significant other (including, but not limited to, profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant, significant other, or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. Entrant and significant other agree that, if required by Sponsor, they will sign documents to this effect. Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant and their significant other agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc. (dba Instagram), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize (including any travel or activity related thereto).

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled Entries, comments, posts, emails, messages or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of Entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of any website or social platform. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest, any website or social platform, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to action taken using the winner determination procedure outlined above or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
